RESPONSIBILITIES
(things you’ll be doing) An Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO plays a crucial role in ensuring that the CEO's office and life runs smoothly and efficiently. You are making sure their vision gets executed and expanding the reach of their influence. Your responsibilities can vary, but generally include:
1. Administrative Support
- Calendar Management: Scheduling and managing the CEO's appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Email and Communication: Screening and managing the CEO's emails and communications, often responding on their behalf.
- Document Preparation: Drafting, reviewing, and managing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Meeting Documentation: Recording, uploading, and processing meetings.
2. Operational Support
- Project Management: Assisting in the planning and execution of various projects, often involving cross-departmental coordination.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Event Planning: Organizing corporate events, conferences, and other high-profile gatherings.
3. Communication and Liaison
